Ronnie was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in his consultation and was able to fix our issue efficiently and quickly. He also took the time to explain why we were having the issue we were and was so kind to us! Wendy at the office was also very helpful when we called to set up our original appointment. I have had service from Bolt Electric three times so far this year and each time I have been extremely pleased with the response time and the excellent service. Robert was the Electrician who was sent to my home all three times. He is friendly, personable, experienced and competent! The first two issues were in my kitchen area and both were resolved immediately. Today's issue was with my water heater. I have not had hot water for 4 days as I originally thought my problem was plumber related and part of the time was the week-end. I called Bolt Electric this morning (Monday) as soon as they opened and I was worked into Robert's very full schedule. He assessed the situation, went to get a needed part, and returned to fix the problem. I could notice warmer water even as he was writing up my invoice! I will be a forever customer at this locally owned business. There IS a difference with locally owned businesses and I hope you will join me in supporting Bolt Electric!

Great service and fair pricing. Had a microwave that kept failing and the tripper switch in the box wasn’t flipping. Turned out the problem was a connected outlet that had grounded the neutral and only allowed 106 watts to the microwave. I would never have figured this out. It was money well spent.
